Organizations interested in becoming Organizational Advancement Partners submit their employee training curriculum to CSU-Global for evaluation. If the training program meets our rigorous learning requirements and outcomes, a partnership between the organization and CSU-Global is created through an articulation agreement.
These articulation agreements outline the partnership between the organization and CSU-Global. The organization agrees to continue fulfilling the educational requirements expected through their career-based training. The university agrees to accept transfer credit for the approved training.
Established articulations make it easier for employees to complete their degree or certificate faster and more affordably than at universities who do not recognize employee-based training. Organizational Advancement Partners benefit from a more competent and prepared workforce, low cost advancement opportunities, and heightened morale.
